Credit Rating Analyst
Your main responsibility is to analyze the credit worthiness of some debt issuers. Depending on your assigned sector and industries, the debt issuers under your analytical responsibilities may include corporations, financial institutions, or government related entities.
Your analysis will be based on TRIS Rating’s analytical framework and rating methodologies. Detailed financial modeling will be required to project the obligor’s future performance and financial condition, based on your view on the obligor’s business prospects, its business and financial plan.
The rating process will include interviews with the obligor’s senior management to understand their business strategy and financial policies. You will have the opportunities to meet with the top management of many prominent businesses in Thailand.
Apart from validating the obligor’s business and financial assumptions, the due diligence work will also include site visits to the obligor’s operating facilities to obtain first-hand information on business operation.
You will present the results of your analysis – the recommended rating, the underlying rationale and key considerations, to the credit rating committee. You will have to be prepared to answer questions from members of the committee. The final rating will be decided by the rating committee.
During the induction period, you will be coached and mentored by a senior analyst who will help you navigate through the rating process.

• MBA or master's degree in finance, accounting or banking
• Passion for analytical or research work
• 3-10 years of experience in credit analysis or areas related to financial management
• Preference for candidates with excellent analytical and presentation skills
